Idea Exchange Navigation for searches with multiple pages of results

Going to "Page 2" of Idea Exchange results is confusing & unintuitive for me.

Problem: I wanted to see what ideas were already submitted for my suggestion, so I did not create a duplicate. I searched a term that had multiple pages of results (ex. the words "idea exchange").

1. The Search results defaults to always show "Help Articles". I click to go to "Idea Exchange"
2. I scroll to the bottom, and see there are multiple pages of results. I click to page 2.
3. The search results goes back to "Help Articles". I click the "Idea Exchange" button again, and scroll through results.

I think it would be easier if I could specify that:

1. I just want to search Idea Exchange
2. When I go to Page 2 of the results, have my "Idea Exchange" selection stick, and not go back to "Help Articles"
