Idea Exchange - Improvements to UI

Need ability to search by keywords in entire Idea Exchange (eg., 'planned hours').

Also want ability to see list of:

1) all ideas I submitted

2) ideas submitted by my Company

3) ideas submitted by other Companies

AMEN! Not being able to search the Idea Exchange not only wastes time, but as a result it can lead to duplicate submissions for WF to filter through.

I would LOVE to be able to search to see if an idea has already been submitted
