I have been asked to take over as our company Admin for our Adobe accounts. There is no current admin., just the seperate accounts. Where do I begin?

As the title says, I am at a loss.  I do not know where to begin, I just know that I need to become the admin.  Does anyone have the patience enough to help me through it?

    I’d check out some blueprints in WF to get you started on understanding your instance, specifically the Inherited Instance Basics | Checklist blueprint. Know that you don’t need to understand everything at once, it can be overwhelming to take over an instance and will take some time to learn all its nuances.

    What “adobe accounts” are you supposed to be admin for? (are we talking different products, and if so, which ones)

    What does being a company admin entail (do you have a description of your new role?)

    What kind of contract do you have? For certain companies and certain types of contracts, you might be able to tap into some support from your Adobe account rep. Do you know how many users your company has?
