How to set up an auto-response to project request?

Hi there!  This is my first time sending a message via Experience League, so let me know if I'm missing any info... I'm struggling to figure out how to set up an auto response when someone submits a project request.  I found where I can set up an email template in the system email notifications, but that template only links to the reminders, not events.  I have an open ticket with WF customer service and one person who's reached out told me this isn't possible.  Which is surprising.  Do you know if this feature is possible?

I think you may still need to give more details, such as “who is this response supposed to go to,” and “what is it supposed to say”. Also useful to know whether or not you have Fusion available since certain things that are not available via the core Workfront product is sometimes available through adding on in Fusion

The response needs to be sent to the person who submitted the project request.  The response will contain details about next steps in our process, as well as thanking the person and letting them know we received their request.  We do not have Fusion set up yet.

@JenniferNe6 I tried to edit my post, however I’m receiving an error message that “something went wrong.”
