How do I reset the start date for all the tasks in a project?

I want to reset the start date for all the tasks in a project and the system is not allowing me to do so.

The project name is "C4S Implementation Testing".  And we are trying to have today as the start date and 03/01/2024 as the due date.  Can you please help?
