HOME: Ready to Start Issue

Items are showing as "ready to start" in the new Home area, however the requests (or issues) have not yet been fully approved via our approval route. This is proving confusing and perhaps there needs to be a different way to sort to differentiate between the item being assigned vs approved to start work?
