Ho to open requests from the Teams Mobile app?

Our users open up requests to support through the Workfront app in Microsoft Teams. They go to Workfront in Chat, select the Requests tab, then click New Request. It works very well!

However, I can't see how to do the same thing from the Teams Mobile app. Is this possible?

    I don't think this can be done in the mobile app. If you're a system admin or authorized service contact for your company, I suggest you open a ticket with Support.
