Hitting Enter Submits Issue/Request before form is complete

My team is having a problem with issues and requests being submitted prematurely if they hit the enter key. It happens if the last fields in the form are not "required" and they hit the enter key. The issue will auto submit at that time. I feel like this wasn't happening before. It's really annoying. Kristy Musgrove Havertys
