I have found that occasionally the connection between MSTeams and Workfront is lost. In MSTeams' WF add-on, I do a log out then log in to force the reconnection. Then it will work again. FYI, you don't get a notice when that connection is broken so I've just happened to notice that I wasn't getting notices any more in Teams and have to re-log in.
