Global Nav Re-Order

I would like the ability to re-order the items on the Global Nav. Right now, we can choose what we want to be shown, but we can't change the order.

Our use case: One of our groups will use both Projects & Requests, but they will use Requests link much more often. I would like "Requests" to be First in the list, before Projects.
