General Company Billing Rate

Within our Company list, you can only add a billing rate per Job Role. In our organization, we have one specific billing rate for “Technology” that is charged per hour regardless ‚Äòwho’ in Technology performs the work.

In our current state, I had configure each job role (14) for every company (~100).

It would be nice to have the option of either one billing rate OR billing rate by job role added to the Company object.

    I feel your pain. We have two main billing rates in our company for programming costs. WF only allows one default billing rate, so when the other applies to a a company, we must manually set all of our roles (17) with the custom billing rate. This wastes a lot of my team's time and effort. There needs to be a better way to either add a default billing rate at the company level, or at least bulk add multiple job roles with the same rate.
