Find objects not assigned to user profiles

It is normal for us that a user has more than one group, and also some are mandatory. So, to make sure that all users are well grouped, I tried to create a report that would list people not assigned to the mandatory ones.
However, the system cannot separate and filter users by a specific group if there are many groups in the user profile. The report will only list users correctly if they would only have one group.
