Failed Experience League Update - Profile Reset - Conversation, Idea, Questions are missing!!!!

Hi,

it seems that the latest updates of the Experience League has reset the lastest changes of the Community user profiles and also the conversations, questions and ideas of the last few weeks are missing:

  • Profile name and communication preferences are reset: I change my community user name from a generic to specific, uploaded an image, … everything is gone.
  • Questions, Conversations and Ideas are missing: A gap of 1 month.
  • Subscriptions are missing: Don’t receive the email notification about new topics.
  • Achievements are missing
  • Level is back down

Can it be that the data were not correctly migrated? Will Adobe add the delta back. Should change my profile to new username?

I post this here are no General topic is available on Experience League.

Thanks

Patrick

Also be aware that your first and last name are now visible in your Community profile, and can be accessed without logging in to Experience League.

I was able to edit my last name. Even though it said there were required fields, it still saved my updated last name.

The content published between November 16 - January 19 will eventually be migrated over (looking like late-February although timing is still TBD).

    Hi @KellieGardner !

any possibility to change community username in the be solution?

I have recently changed it and all the profile changes are gone! I don’t see any option to change it again!

This is the one which was generated by old solution automatically! Before I used old account.

@patrickh4509724 The new experience is simpler to navigate, makes it easier to connect with other practitioners and Adobe experts, and  gives customers clearer pathways to ask questions, share best practices, read product news, and submit feature enhancement ideas. As part of this upgrade, we intend to transfer everything into the new experience including your posts, replies, solutions, reputation, and history. There were a few things that didn’t come over in the migration because of when we had to capture community data to perform the migration. We’re doing our best to get everything as close as possible to the state of the old community at the time of the actual switch.

@kautuk_sahni Seems like the old community threads, answers, likes and marked as solved are still not back.
