Expand Branding Setup Options To Background Color

Our team expressed a desire to be able to change the background color of the navigation bar such as in the attached (from standard gray, to lighter white, or have it be an option for a customer to choose a color of their preference). Seems like would be an easy one to allow your customers to do so in future updates? Right now it is the same gray color as bookmarks tab in Chrome making it bland and hard for some to see.
