Enable Managers to Edit Timesheets Without Being a Timesheet Approver

Currently Workfront only enables timesheets to be edited by 2 methods:

1. Users with admin privileges

2. Managers or specific people labelled as Approvers in the Timesheet profile.

Could Workfront be modified to enable Managers to edit timesheets without having those Managers designated as approvers? Ideally this could be done on a Timesheet Profile level.

This change would enable Managers to edit timesheets for employees who are unable to edit the timesheet him/herself without requiring us to make all managers be timesheet approvers (which would add work to managers who are already quite busy).
