Enable email body text for delivered reports to be shown in the email body not as a .htm attachment

When you enter text into the email body/message field when setting up delivery on a report, this message is attached as a .htm attachment instead of showing in the email body itself. This is not a good user experience and the message could very easily be missed. It would make more sense and be far more effective if the message appears in the body of the email.
