Email Notifications Off By Default

There are times when I would like to enable a certain type of email notifications so that users can turn them on if they want to use them, but I don't want the email notification type to be "on" by default. I'd rather it be an option for users, but off globally.

In the administrative section, you could continue enabling emails the way Workfront normally does, but also include a toggle that is either On or Off By Default.

My company has bypassed the default Workfront notification system and built our own AI (natural language command recognition) based "Virtual Program Manager." Currently I have to edit every new employee and turn this feature off or the system will send duplicate emails. It is very annoying.

I would love in the admin section to have the ability to activate notifications, decide if they are on or off by default, and (if on) if the default is daily, weekly or both. :)

Certainly the option to deactivate ALL email notifications (with one click) would be very beneficial for us when adding in users as a named resource only. For such 'users' we wouldn't want any emails going to them (e.g. company CEO, COO, CIO).
