Editing the Entry Date on an Issue

I did a kick-start over the weekend and realized that the entry date for all of my issues is set for January 1, 1970. Is there a way to go back and edit this? (I do have Fusion) or will I need to delete them and do the kick-start again?

Hi Monique. Unfortunately, WF sees the Entry Date as a system-generated field. Which means it's applied at the time the Issue was created and baked in. Although, it's my understanding that if you leave the column for Entry Date blank on your Kick Start, it should have auto-generated for the day the import occurred.

I think your easiest resolve is to do what you suggest; delete all the tasks with a 1970 entry year and re-import with the date you want. Good luck. 🙂

Thanks, that's what I was thinking as well but needed someone else to confirm it before I actually went through with it. 😅

In case anyone finds this post later, I personally have determined the juice is not worth the squeeze as I would also need to run a Kick-Start for the custom field data as well.
