Drag and Drop

I've had a lot of problems with dragging and dropping parent tasks to rearrange the order of a project, it seems finicky that it always tries to put the parent inside of another parent task no matter where you put your mouse. Every time I move parents I have to be super careful not to implant the entire parent and all tasks within a nearby parent and I have to drop it so quickly it's inaccurate and leads to frequent errors. It would be nice to be able to turn off the feature that allows you to implant parents into another parent.
