Download/Report on configuration settings for documentation purposes

I need to be able to tell my team and other administrators what all the configuration decisions are that we have made in Workfront. In order to do this, I will have to go screen by screen to document everything. It would be great if there were a way to download or report on all the choices that have been made for backup, issue management, and other needs.
