Does anyone know if there is a way to preset effort on a task based on Job Role?

Right now the default setting in Workfront is to evenly split the planned ours on a task. We would like to know if we can preset certain jobs to get a set percentage higher than other job roles. For example, if a Junior Job Role and a Senior Job Role are assigned to a task together, can we set it up where the Junior Job Role gets 80% of the task planned hours?

    If we're talking pre-set, I presume you're talking about within a template. You can't do it from in-line editing, but if you edit the template task and go to 'assignments' you'll find a wealth of ways you can split the assignment amongst the assignee's.
