documents icon in a task report

is there a way for just the documents icon to display in a task report? if i use the status icons i get all of the other icons i don't need. i know i can add a column for has documents = true, but that does not give me an icon i can click to easily get to the document without clicking into the task.

    I've got the icons but this is only on a Document Report, filtered down to the project; When I looked at a Task Report, the field you see text mode for was unavailable at the task level but you may be able to do something. The filed Name on my Doc report is, "View Icons"
