Display Lists in Full Screen Function needs Fine-tuning

The recent 2019.1 release included the ability to automatically display lists in full screen. What we are finding is that this feature is creating a lot of spastic jumping around -- as you scroll up or down, the list tries to auto-adjust but it is causing a lot of chaos as it adjusts from full screen to not. It's causing the PMs to have a lot of frustration and extra clicks.

If there was a way to "pop out" a plan into a separate dialog box so THAT would be full screen, that would be better. This should be something we can turn on or off, not a default. Great if you have hundred and hundreds of tasks to scroll through, but having say 10, it's really hard to navigate on a laptop or tablet without causing epileptic seizures and high blood pressure.
