Delegate Approvals for Individual Projects

Currently, when approvals are delegated, it applies to all approvals. Would like the ability to delegate approvals for individual projects; eg: project/request queue for PTO approval can be delegated to one individual vs all other delegated approvals going to someone else.

Perhaps this functionality can be combined with these other Delegate Approvals ideas:
