Daily Digest mail for overdue tasks - reduce for only ready to start tasks

Hi everyone, Currently all our WF users receive a daily digest mail with all their overdue tasks, issues etc. But when a project is delayed users are notified about something that they cannot start yet. Is it possible to turn off this reminder? I only have planner access, no admin, and I was not able to find that option in my personal settings. I would like to directly provide the info of where they need to look to our admins to get this sorted quickly. Thanks a lot! Laura Rackwitz

Hi Laura, Assuming I'm guessing correctly which alert you're referencing, that setting is a global setting in the Setup screen, under Email, then Automatic Reminders. Unfortunately, it is a global setting for all users and not individually configurable. Our team share your annoyance, as our timelines frequently change as well. I've not found a good middle ground, though I've considered disabling it entirely or making the timeline much more generous (say one week late instead of one day). Katherine Stibley
