Customize Copy Issue Destination Options

When copying an issue in a project, the Select Destination Project screen only has the option to search for by project name. If there are projects with the similar or even the same name, it becomes confusing as to which one to select. It would be helpful if this could be customized to search for a reference number or custom field, or at least show the reference number next to the project name.
