Customization Late Proof Notifications

Our Project Management team would love the ability to customize the late notification message when a proof has reached its deadline. This could either be a drop down of pre-determined values or a free-text body to create a custom message. This message would be created or set when the deadline is set and then sent in email form when the deadline has breached.
