Custom Notifications & ability to send custom field text associated with requests
We would like to have the ability to send custom fields in the notification email from a request queue submission. Currently we can't pull in information about submissions to be sent through WF system via email to the team ( in WF) responsible for the executing the work. That team wants to see the details of the request in the email notification as it comes in through the request queue without have to login then view it( because there are two clicks required one to get in through the "see it in WF" and then they need to close that window, and click it again for the item details to actually come up.
