CUSTOM FORMS: Let me not have to show calculated fields

Calculated fields currently show on the form they're created on.

But that doesn't mean I want to see them all the time on the form itself -- I might actually have created those to only use in reports :)

(This is for both creating a new item and editing an existing item)
