Custom forms - Ability to display "instructions" as descriptive text

Hi!

It will be very helpful if the "Instructions" value can be configured to display in the "bubble" as shown currently or as a descriptive text below the label. Even though I can achieve this by adding a descriptive text, it requires double effort (consider a custom form with 8 fields) plus duplicate the number of fields in my library which can be inconvenient.
