Custom Form Sharing

Please make the security for Custom Forms match other Workfront objects like Reports and Templates.

Current State: At least one Group must have access to the form, all members of the Group can edit by default. Other people can be given access (which we assume to be view/use) but not edit access. Owner of the form cannot be changed or removed.

Desired State: Ability to assign Custom Form accesses of View (see form and data entered), Contribute (see, and enter/change data on the form), Manage (meaning edit). Allow form owner to be set/changed.

Open to other naming conventions or strategy as long as rights can be assigned in a fashion similar to Reports or Templates.
