Custom form section break permissions - Need Group Admin access added as an option

We have enabled process flows using custom forms with sections that have admin rights only. However this practice has resulted in the expansion of needing more system admins across the organization which we would prefer not to do. It would be better if we could grant this section access to Group Admins instead of having to make them System Administrators.
