Custom Form Logic to act more like Report Filters

The custom form logic needs qualifiers similar to report filters. (Is, is not, is blank, is not blank, etc.)

It would also be nice if custom form logic allowed multiple selections like report filters allow. For example, on reports you can select "STATUS > IS > new, on hold, canceled, etc." all on one line. But custom form logic requires a separate line for each selection. Sometimes, I have 20 selections and it is very tedious to have to create a line for each one.
