Custom Form Automatic Suggestion By System

Currently if you have a custom form attached to a request and you convert it - you have to know which custom form needs to be on the other side or you lose valuable information. Wouldn't it be nice if the system "saw" which custom form was coming in on the request and "suggested" automatically the one that should be attached. You could still choose not to attach it but it would see it - recommend you attach it and you wouldn't have to think about it or risk losing information. We have a LOT of custom forms, so this would save our users a lot of time and remove the chance of errors.
