Cross project predecessorts not automatically calculating

I am seeing that all cross project predecessors have stopped calculating and I have to recalculate timeline to get them to populate, under every circumstance. Is there a setting or something I should know about that would fix this? Otherwise I will open a support ticket.

There is a global setting under Setup->Project Preferences for recalculating timelines on regular basis

Thanks for this, I did look at this and I would think that changing the predecessor would trigger the recalculation based on the 2nd check box, but it doesn't. I have to refresh the page in order for it to recalculate, every time.
