Create multiple projects from one request at the same time

This would provide users the ability to choose “convert to multiple projects from templates” from the initial request.

The user would be prompted to choose the number of projects they’d like to create, then they would associate each to a project template, modify any unique customs forms that exist or project-specific details. And when completed the user might choose a project from a list so they could easily navigate to the project of their choice.
