Create Drop downs that reference objects

Workfront should be able to add a custom field that allows you to make it a dynamic list and not static. For example, I should be able to go into a Project and add a field that can source its list from the list of users.

Project Coordinator - List is list of Employees

Currently we cannot do this. It can only be done by free form text and that can cause integrity issues.
