Concatenating fields across multiple projects

I know this is a big ask of the system, but if I have the same document in multiple projects, is there any way I can concatenate all of field XYZ from those projects into a single field somewhere? I've built a report to pull all of the same document (via name), but I'm trying to automate the concatenation part.
