Combining task list and proof approval in a report

Hi,
I am looking at a solution to create a task list/proof approval report. I would love to include the fields: Campaign Name, Parent Task Name, Task Name, Due Date and % Complete, but also the proof, that is linked to the task, the approver and the approver decision. Has anyone done this before? Potentially via text mode?

Thank you in advance!

@trakill - This isn't possible with a proof approval report. You might want to look at doing a document version report.

This is a great report that was built by ( @doug_den_hoed__atappstore ) out of someone's example from the community. It's free to deploy to your instance if you don't want to start from scratch. If you prefer to build on your own, you can see the example of the report but you'll start with a document version report and add your filters as needed and then add the columns based on your needs.
