Collapse Workfront Report Rows in Details View

I have a Report that some users are working from with a number of free text fields. Some of these fields contain long free text lists where other rows remain closely spaced.

Is there some coding we can use to have the individual rows/fields become scrollable/collapsible?

That would be cool - but no: There si no out of box solution for this; and we can't add Javascript or CSS to support e.g. onHover actions.
Best I can come up with is this

https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/change-height-of-last-note-column/m-p/745171#M67246

Note that using this removes the ability to inline-edit.
