[CLOSED] - Image(s) in body of or attached to an update

This post has been closed as a duplicate. All votes have been moved to the original: Allow screenshots in updates/comments

Sometimes when making an update in a project, there may be a reference file or screenshot that goes along with that update comment. It would be helpful to drag an drop the related image(s) or file(s) to the update field, to be directly associated to the update.

Currently, when uploading the document first, then posting an update to the document, the updates do not appear in the overall update feed. (that is a known issue and separate from this idea) Sometimes there is a need to associate more than one image/document to an update but there is not a way to link it to more than one image or file ----other than making a reference to the document tab and the file name(s).

This is something that would be very helpful. Is there any update regarding this being possible in the near futures?

Hi All,

We are combining this idea with the following redundant idea that has reached the voting threshold: https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115006938208-Allow-screenshots-in-updates-comments

Please reference the above link for any future communication on this idea from the Workfront Product Management team.

Thank you!
