[CLOSED] - allow @tags to proofing comments without having to set up advanced workfront when uploading a document

in a proof, when a user makes a comment we would like to @tag the comment to notify someone of the comments made.

    Yes! Would also like to be able to @tag someone who wasn't added to the advanced workflow.
