Changing the language on the Proof Viewer - PROOFHQ

We have graphics departments across Canada and sometimes they will load a proof into PHQ but the Reviewer & Approver is from Quebec and they must be able to view the proof in French. It would be nice for the Guest reviewer to be able to toggle the language on the viewing screen.
