Change approval notification color

The blue approval bar in the mobile app is not intuitive. Its same color look and feel as the tool tips that popup. Can this design be changed to make the approval task look different than the tool tips and similar to the approval button on the approval tab (its red). And with the Approve and Reject language on the button?
