Campaign Tab to list all existing Campaigns under Project

We frequently have large event/or campaign type projects with several projects associated or underneath.

We are looking to have a Campaign tab much like the Portfolios tab so that Project managers and users alike can click and see all Campaigns and the projects under them.

I also noted that there isnt a way to mark a campaign as complete, just delete.

We would want to close a campaign after all project within it are complete as well.

It would also be nice to be able to make Campaign templates or the ability to copy.
