Calendar entries to Outlook

My company would like to be able to send Workfront calendar entries to outlook calendar of the addressed users. As far as I am aware this is possible only for home (personal) calendar, we however use a common calendar for all users. It would be very useful to be able to send the most important entries to both calendars at the same time.
