Built-In Time Frame Modifiers - Week Starts (e.g. Last Week)

As a User I expect the built-in time frame modifiers on reports such as "last week" to be in line with my local settings, so when my week starts on a Monday, "last week" limits to last Monday until last Sunday.

Currently those modifiers use always Sunday as the begining of the week.
