Be Able to Set Default for Measurement Tool in Proofs

Being able to set the default measurement in the proofing tool or at least have it default to the last setting a user picked would be helpful. We often have users measuring in inches, but the default always goes to pixels regardless of what the user last picked.

An even better situation would be if we could set this default by file type (so PDFs could default to inches, JPG/PNG to pixels, etc.), but just allowing for the user's last pick to stick would be a huge help.
