Agreed. And what would be especially helpful is the ability to customize this with statuses as well - for example, we would go from a custom status of something like "completed" to "review requested" in our workflow if a comment is made.

I would like to take this one step further. I would love for Awaiting Feedback to switch back to the last status used rather than "In Progress." For example, sometimes in approval steps, we have a rejection go to Awaiting Feedback. Once that feedback is entered, we'd like to start the approval process over again.

However, our approval processes aren't always on "In Progress." In fact, a lot of times the comment following a rejection CAN'T be our default "In Progress" because the comment is incomplete. We'd have a different status like "Review" or "Testing" that it should dump into instead.

Awaiting Feedback > Primary Contact provides feedback > Last Known Status
