automatic archival of proofs should be optional

We frequently refer back to completed proofs to compare information and locate comments regarding certain types of revisions.

ProofHQ has started archiving proofs automatically after 60 days. Unarchiving multiple proofs is cumbersome and time consuming. Archiving after 60 days of inactivity should be an option not a requirement. Or at least allow us to open and view the comments on each version even when archived.

the authors of our books (Educators) actively teach with them and could catch an error at any time throughout the school year. These are active, long-term projects and should be treated as such. Especially troublesome because they can't un-archive these themselves.

We have programs where we re-use materials throughout the year on multiple projects and would like to be able to set this to 365 days OR change the setting on a project basis.
